One of the best and safest places to party and travel as a single man is Europe. All those tasty foreign drinks to try, the scrumptious grub and some rather hot women too. If that doesn’t sound like fun to you, we don’t know what does.
But with so many to choose from, which cities should you consider parting in? In the following post we will highlight some we think are excellent choices to give you a bit of inspiration.
Prague, Czech Republic
In the past, say around 20 years ago, Prague was famous for its cheap and cheerful drinks and because of that, people used to flock there in their thousands and that’s how it came to be one of the biggest party and holiday destinations, not just in Europe, but the world. Although the alcohol is not quite as cheap as it once was, the party atmosphere that was born in those days remains. There are cheap flights to get you out there and an amazing array of clubs, bars and pubs. Plenty of opportunities to meet Czech women and those hot, or if beautiful Latvian women are more your thing, you will find plenty.
Lagos, Portugal
Lagos is the top place for a party in Portugal and entices sun worshippers from all over with its cheap as chips drinks, stunning beaches, crazy toga parties and heady booze cruises.
Los, Greece
Los, an island off the coast of Greece, is a summer party haven. The best way to approach Los is with a very loose schedule in mind because you may find you plan to stay there for just few nights and end up there for a week! There is a jovial and positive atmosphere, and everyone is just there for a good time. It’s very contagious.
Amsterdam, The Netherlands
As hedonistic as Amsterdam is painted to be, it’s not quite on the same level of craziness as Los. Things are way more easy-going and relaxed. Dutch people in general are more interested in a fun house party or spending time in a great pub for a few drinks than partying on the beach. Don’t let that fool you though, the Dutch do know how to party – considering some of the city’s very best nightclubs and drinking holes have 24-hour licences. Obviously, if you are looking for something a little more than drink, there are coffee shops for that kinda shenanigans.
Krakow, Poland
Krakow in Poland was made for partying and is very welcoming to travellers. And they all come to party. So, if your intent is to drink large and dance a lot, then you’ll find plenty of likeminded folk who are looking for the same kind of experience as you. Which always makes things more enjoyable, doesn’t it?
